Use Of The Service
- OutlierView helps creators connect social accounts, sync authorized channel data, review comments, track analytics, and manage content ideas.
- You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content workflow actions you authorize.
- You must use OutlierView in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party terms for services such as TikTok and YouTube.
Accounts And Security
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity that occurs through your workspace.
- Do not attempt to access another user's workspace, interfere with the service, abuse platform integrations, or bypass security controls.
Content And Platform Data
- You retain ownership of content and account data you provide or authorize OutlierView to sync.
- By connecting accounts or initiating workflow actions, you grant OutlierView the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that information as part of the service.
- Platform data availability may depend on third-party platform APIs, account status, permissions, rate limits, and availability.
Third-Party Services
- OutlierView integrates with third-party platforms through OAuth and platform APIs.
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. OutlierView is not responsible for changes, outages, moderation decisions, or restrictions imposed by those services.
