Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of OutlierView, a web application for creator content workflows, account connections, analytics, comments, and content ideas.

Use Of The Service

  • OutlierView helps creators connect social accounts, sync authorized channel data, review comments, track analytics, and manage content ideas.
  • You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content workflow actions you authorize.
  • You must use OutlierView in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party terms for services such as TikTok and YouTube.
  • By using OutlierView, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service when OutlierView uses YouTube API Services on your behalf.
  • YouTube Terms of Service (opens in a new tab)

Accounts And Security

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher, and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use OutlierView for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
  • You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity that occurs through your workspace.
  • Do not attempt to access another user's workspace, interfere with the service, abuse platform integrations, or bypass security controls.

Subscriptions, Billing And Credits

  • Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed in USD through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe and OutlierView to charge your selected payment method automatically each month until cancellation.
  • You can manage payment details or schedule cancellation from the billing portal in your workspace. Access continues through the paid period shown there, then remaining paid credits expire. Failed payments may limit paid access until billing is resolved.
  • Plan changes take effect immediately, with Stripe proration and invoicing. Paid credits and quotas reset with the subscription billing period; unused paid credits do not roll over. Free quotas reset by calendar month.
  • Unused paid credits expire when the paid subscription ends. The free plan provides 30 one-time credits with no configured expiration while the workspace remains active. Top-ups are unavailable, limits hard-stop, and there are no automatic overage charges.
  • Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed by Stripe at checkout.
  • Payments are non-refundable except for duplicate or incorrect billing, where OutlierView agrees otherwise in writing, or where applicable law requires. Contact customer.support@outlierview.com about a duplicate or incorrect charge.
  • Enterprise provides custom usage and support; no SLA or security addendum applies unless it is included in a signed agreement.
  • If a signed Business or Enterprise order form conflicts with these online terms, the signed order form controls for that customer and conflict.

Content And Platform Data

  • You retain ownership of content and account data you provide or authorize OutlierView to sync.
  • By connecting accounts or initiating workflow actions, you grant OutlierView the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that information as part of the service.
  • You may use reports, ideas, and other outputs created for your workspace, subject to third-party rights and platform rules. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.
  • Platform data availability may depend on third-party platform APIs, account status, permissions, rate limits, and availability.
  • If you expect access to end, contact customer.support@outlierview.com before termination if you need help retrieving available workspace content. Access after termination is not guaranteed, and deletion follows the Privacy Policy and applicable platform rules.

AI And Generated Outputs

  • OutlierView may use AI services to classify, summarize, or generate research outputs from information you provide or authorize.
  • Generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to outputs provided to other users. You are responsible for reviewing factual claims, third-party rights, platform rules, and publication decisions before relying on or publishing an output.

Prohibited Use

  • Do not use OutlierView to violate law or third-party rights; harass, exploit, or deceive people; distribute malware; scrape or access data without authorization; bypass limits or security controls; reverse engineer protected parts of the service; or interfere with other users or platform integrations.
  • You may not use connected platform data for advertising, surveillance, creditworthiness decisions, or any purpose prohibited by the applicable platform terms.

Third-Party Services

  • OutlierView integrates with third-party platforms through OAuth and platform APIs.
  • Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. OutlierView is not responsible for changes, outages, moderation decisions, or restrictions imposed by those services.
  • You can disconnect third-party accounts or revoke OAuth access from the connected platform's account settings.

OutlierView Intellectual Property And Copyright

  • OutlierView and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, branding, documentation, and other materials excluding your content and third-party materials.
  • Send copyright or DMCA notices to customer.support@outlierview.com with identification of the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and the statements and signature required by applicable law.

Service Changes And Termination

  • OutlierView may add, change, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves.
  • We may restrict or terminate access if use of the service creates risk, violates these terms, or violates third-party platform rules.
  • When access ends, subscription charges and credits are handled under the billing terms above. You remain responsible for charges incurred before the effective termination date.
  • Sections that by their nature should continue—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—survive termination.

Changes And Disputes

  • If these terms change materially, OutlierView will update the effective date and provide any notice required by applicable law.
  • Before starting a formal dispute, contact customer.support@outlierview.com so the issue can be reviewed and resolved informally where possible.
  • Governing law and venue are stated only when the verified legal operator configuration is published on this page. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

  • OutlierView is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or guaranteed platform data results.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutlierView is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities.
